If you haven’t known by now, Darryl and I are unapologetic foodies. \u00a0We’re no strangers to food photography.<\/p>\n

In addition to that, few people (until now) know that I’m a cheesecake fanatic. \u00a0When one of our partners and good friends, Chef Raymond Lee of Dallas, whipped up his signature cheesecake for us one day last year, I was hooked. \u00a0Not too sweet and done to perfection.
\nThis is coming from someone who’s a fan of the infamous Junior’s Cheesecake in New York.<\/p>\n

When we were asked to shoot a dinner for a newly engaged couple earlier in the year, we didn’t turn down the offer to do so. \u00a0Every meal, including the slice of cheesecake himself, was made by Chef himself. \u00a0Of course, the lucky couple really enjoyed the food prepared for them.<\/p>\n

This isn’t all that Chef Lee is excellent for either. \u00a0As owner of Dare To Be A Healthy, LLC, we can BOTH assure you that we’ve never disliked anything he’s ever prepared, from light yet refreshing appetizers on down to dinner entrees. \u00a0You name the dish, he does it insanely well. \u00a0Beyond delectable dishes, we’re super fortunate to have known a great visionary, businessman, and friend like Chef Lee.<\/p>\n
